IEA-OES Congratulates INORE on the Announcement of the 2025 OES-BECS Scholarship Winners

IEA-OES congratulates the International Network on Offshore Renewable Energy (INORE) on the announcement of the winners of the 2025 OES-Blue Energy Collaborative Scholarships (OES-BECS), an initiative sponsored by IEA-OES.

INORE has announced that the 2025 OES-BECS scholarship has been awarded to Cyril Delaporte (WECO, Netherlands) and Salvatore Capasso (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya – UPC, Spain).

The OES-BECS programme was established to support formative research and to promote collaboration and communication among early-career professionals from different disciplines, institutions and countries. Through this initiative, INORE plays a key role in fostering international cooperation and strengthening the next generation of researchers in offshore renewable energy.

IEA-OES recognises INORE for its continued commitment to capacity building and knowledge exchange within the offshore renewable energy community, and congratulates the scholarship recipients on this achievement.
