This webinar provided an overview of the findings in the Study of Offshore Aquaculture as a Market for Ocean Renewable Energy, which will be published in April by OES. The report provides an overview of ORE technologies and their applicability to offshore aquaculture, details available information on energy demands of aquaculture operations, highlights case studies of research and projects conducted on co-location of these industries and lessons learned, discusses opportunities and challenges for co-location, and offers recommendations to advance these industries.
