ICOE Best Poster Awards 2022

Poster Session at ICOE-OEE 2022, October 18-20, 2022 at San Sebastián

IEA-OES, once again, recognized the two best poster presentations at ICOE with award certificates and prize money. Winners of the best-rated poster received €2000 and the second place €1000.

IEA-OES sponsors a Posters Session dedicated to students or young researchers. The poster committee evaluates all posters on their design, clarity and their scientific/Innovation content.

We announced the two winners of the Best Poster Awards of the ICOE-OEE 2022 during the closing session on Thursday, October 20th.

The winners of the ICOE Best Poster Awards in 2022 were:

1st Prize
Title: How applicable are turbulence assumptions used in the tidal energy industry
Main Author: ALYONA NABEREZHNYKH, EMEC/EDINBURGH UNIVERSITY


2nd Prize
Title: Harnessing the economic potential of ocean thermal energy conversion in Indonesia with upscaling scenarios
Main author: JANNIS LANGER, Delft University of Technology
Collecting the Prize: Aida Astuti, DMEC
